How do I care for my new Nobis jacket?
What is the warranty for my Nobis product?Nobis products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. In the rare event the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect or component failure, we will repair the product without charge or replace if we deem necessary. This warranty does not include repairs due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.Where can I purchase Nobis products?For US and Canada you can purchase them at our online store. For international customers, please refer to our dealer locator or contact our distributor in the respective country.Where can I find the style that I want?All dealers carry different styles within the collection. You won’t find every style at every store that sells Nobis. Some stores only carry outerwear, some only headwear, and some only carry accessories! Call around if you are looking for something specific or order online.Can I buy the real/faux fur trim separately?Unfortunately the fur trims come with the jacket. If you want to exchange the trim you have to exchange the entire jacket with a trim to your liking. There is a faux fur option which you can get through the dealer if available.
